Eco-conscious treatments for homes from Kīhei to Kula — protecting your family, your property and the island around it.
No harsh chemicals. No move-out. Just results.
Our Maui technicians work this island every day. They know a Kīhei house and a Haʻikū house have completely different pest pressure, and they treat accordingly. You get someone who already understands your street, not a routed visit from someone reading a checklist.
Every treatment is selected for minimal impact on Maui’s reefs, soil and native species. No move-out. No tenting. No tarp over your roof telling the whole street what is happening.
A property-specific assessment to find where pests are actually getting in and breeding, so infestations stop before they start. Not a spray-and-go visit that wears off before the next one is due.

The Formosan subterranean termite — known locally as the ground termite — is the single most damaging insect pest to homes in Hawaiʻi. A mature colony runs from two to ten million individuals, and a home built over an established one can be seriously damaged within two years.
Most of that damage happens quietly, inside walls and under floors, and by the time there is something visible the repair bill is already written. Swarming season runs through May and June, when winged reproductives leave the colony on warm, windless nights and head for the nearest light. If you have seen a swarm at your windows, there is a mature colony nearby.

Maui is not the Big Island. Little fire ants have been found at 28 sites here since 2009, and the Maui Invasive Species Committee is still working to eradicate them — nine sites are already clear. If you think you have found them, report it to MISC on 643-PEST first. Their eradication programme is publicly funded and it works. We will survey your property, confirm what you are actually dealing with, and take care of every other pest while they do their part.
Rats and mice are a persistent problem across Maui — Upcountry near Makawao and Kula, and along the Kīhei coast. Our SMART Shield system blocks the entry points and eliminates the infestation, rather than trapping the same rats twice a year.
Centipedes, cockroaches and invasive ants thrive in Maui’s warm, damp conditions, and they are the calls we get most often across West, South and Upcountry homes alike. We eliminate colonies at the source with methods that are safer around families and pets.
Dry and warm. Roaches, ants and centipedes push indoors looking for water, especially around irrigated landscaping. Termite pressure stays constant near the coast.
Older housing stock and mixed construction. Ground termites and rodents are the recurring calls here.
Cooler and wetter. Rodents move indoors as temperatures drop, and ants nest in stone walls and garden beds.
Wet and heavily vegetated. The highest little fire ant pressure on the island, plus centipedes and cane spiders year-round.
